So what better way to celebrate a special day than with a special meal. Especially since we live in Tucson where a special place just opened especially for us! Special Huh?
...and we were able to get these after just a 1/2 hour, 20 minutes in a line out the door, covered by two red EZ ups for shade, then a 10 minute wait after the order was given. We went around 2:00pm which I think helped alot. There was a big party truck out there serving customers who only wanted drinks and a burger. (No fries or shakes) , then there was a large In and Out truck and trailer type Rig with lots of back up supplies.

Yum, that's a tasty looking picture, I may sneak out for lunch....
1/2 hr wait is really good since it just opened, definitely worth it.
yeah we lucked out with just 1/2 hr. That picture was taken off our camera phone...that makes it even better!
